Top management is a guarantor of the implementation of quality, health, safety and environmental policies and is committed to ensuring efficient implementation processes and the effective functioning of the quality management system. One of Al Mouj’s priorities is to provide a first class quality service. Regardless of a company’s size, scope of work or mode of transportation, customer focus is paramount and customer satisfaction is paramount.

Through an integrated management system, cost effective transport solutions and the requirements of health, safety and environmental legislation, Al Mouj ensures that the company’s objectives are met, which include the following:

Our suppliers play a vital role in our quality chain process; we take special care to ensure that suppliers and their services comply with our policies. Prior to engagement, suppliers are evaluated based on their operational capabilities, with preference given to those who have already demonstrated high quality, health, safety and environmental standards. Supplier performance is regularly reviewed and monitored and appropriate action is taken where non-conformances are identified. All non-conformances are recorded and forwarded to suppliers for correction.

The QHSE Manager, Department Managers and Branch Managers strive to comply with requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of Al Mouj’s Integrated Management System. In addition, the QHSE Manager is responsible for ensuring that all processes are updated as required, all necessary records and other documents related to the Integrated Management System are maintained, and regular audits are conducted to ensure that all requirements of the standard are implemented.

THIS QHSE POLICY , AS DESCRIBED BELOW, SHALL BE UNDERSTOOD, IMPLEMENTED AND MAINTAINED AT ALL LEVELS OF THE ORGANISATION, AS WELL AS BEING REVIEWED PERIODICALLY FOR ITS CONTINUING SUITABILITY AND EFFECTIVENESS:

• Prevent employee injuries and illnesses through training and annual medical exams.
• Reducing negative impacts on the environment and implementing preventative measures to minimise pollution.
• Strictly comply with all requirements of local legislation and international legal acts, including laws on environmental protection and safety.
